FLFC is part of First Eastern Group that has started its activities in Ukraine early 1992 with co-foundation of First Ukrainian International Bank. In 1998 First Eastern co-founded the operational car leasing company First Lease ltd /Hertz – the #1 car leasing company in Ukraine. First Eastern Group is the only Hertz franchisee in Ukraine. The First Eastern ventures have always been a combination of Western experience and investment power and domestic market knowledge and management.
